Morien Signs Agreements to Sell Land Holdings in Georgia, USA
August 7, 2013 – Halifax, Nova Scotia – Morien Resources Corp. (“Morien” or the “Company“) (TSXV:MOX), is pleased to announce the signing of agreements of purchase and sale (“Agreements”) with two Georgia-based parties for 208 acres of real estate in McDuffie County, Georgia, USA. The Agreements include cash consideration of USD$295,000 on closing which is expected to occur on or before August 30, 2013.
