John Budreski |

Executive Chairman

Mr. Budreski is a Director and Executive Chairman of the Board for EnWave Corp. He was formerly a Vice Chairman of Cormark Securities Inc. and prior to that, President and CEO of Orion Securities Inc. He has over 25 years of experience in the resource and resource financing industries. Mr. Budreski is also a Director of Sandstorm Gold Ltd. and NuLegacy Corporation. John holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Dalhousie / TUNS University and an MBA from the University of Calgary.

Dawson Brisco |

President, CEO and Director, P.Geo

Mr. Brisco was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation in 2018.

Dawson is a Professional Geologist with over 15 years of business development and mining industry experience in a variety of roles in the bulk commodity and energy sectors.  Prior to joining the Corporation, Mr. Brisco managed an exploration alliance with Xstrata Coal in Asia from 2005 to 2010. Mr. Brisco is an independent Director of the Mining Association of Nova Scotia. Mr. Brisco holds a Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Saint Mary’s University in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Susanne Willett |

Chief Financial Officer

Susanne Willett was appointed Chief Financial Officer in September 2018.

Most recently, Ms. Willett acted as a financial consultant to several Nova Scotia companies and prior to that worked for the New Brunswick Power group of companies as Business Unit CFO, Director of Financial Planning and Treasury, and Controller, where she directed business planning, regulatory compliance, management and financial reporting.  Ms. Willett holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, a Master of Business Administration from York University in Toronto, Ontario, and qualified as a CPA, CA.

D. Suzan Frazer |

Corporate Secretary

Suzan Frazer has been Corporate Secretary since October 2012. Ms. Frazer is a partner of the Halifax office of the law firm, McInnes Cooper. She has been practicing corporate law for over 25 years and is experienced in representing public and private companies in the junior resource sector. Ms. Frazer’s experience includes public offerings and private placements under securities legislation, stock exchange listings, take-over bids, mergers, acquisitions, plans of arrangement and compliance with the continuous disclosure and other requirements of securities legislation.

Mike MacDonald |

Consultant - Technical and Government Affairs

Michael MacDonald was appointed the VP Technical and Government Affairs in October 2012, and as of October 2019 works as a consultant for Morien.

Prior to joining Morien, Mr. MacDonald held the position of Executive Director of the Mineral Resources Branch for the Province of Nova Scotia, Canada. In this capacity, he was in charge of co-ordinating policy and planning to guide the development, management, conservation and protection of Nova Scotia’s mineral resources. Mr. MacDonald obtained a BSc (Hons) in Geology from St. Francis Xavier University in 1977 and an MSc in Geology from Dalhousie University in 1982.
