Morien Announces Grant of Stock Options
May 15, 2018 – Halifax, Nova Scotia – Morien Resources Corp. (“Morien” or the “Company“) (TSXV:MOX), announced today that pursuant to its stock option incentive plan, it has granted a total of 2,285,000 options (“Options”) to an aggregate of 10 individuals, being directors, officers and individuals providing services to Morien pursuant to a Services Agreement with Erdene Resource Development Corp. Each Option is exercisable for one common share of the Company until May 11, 2023 at an exercise price of $0.60. All of the Options vest immediately.
