Morien Appoints Dawson Brisco as President
May 8, 2018 – Halifax, Nova Scotia – Morien Resources Corp. (“Morien” or the “Company“) (TSXV:MOX), is pleased to announce the appointment of Dawson Brisco as President of the Company, effective immediately. Mr. Brisco will continue in his role of leading the Company’s corporate development efforts, and John Budreski will continue as Morien’s CEO.
Mr. Brisco has led the Company’s business and corporate development efforts since its formation in 2012. He is a Professional Geologist with over 15 years of mining industry experience in a variety of roles, most currently as Morien’s Vice President of Corporate Development. The expansion of Mr. Brisco’s management responsibilities recognizes his valuable skillset and the meaningful contributions he has made to Morien’s growth. In the role of President, Mr. Brisco will work closely with John Budreski to capitalize on new growth opportunities. Mr. Brisco holds a Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Saint Mary’s University in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
