John Budreski |

Chief Executive Officer and Chairman

Mr. Budreski is a Director and Executive Chairman of the Board for EnWave Corp. He was formerly a Vice Chairman of Cormark Securities Inc. and prior to that, President and CEO of Orion Securities Inc. He has over 25 years of experience in the resource and resource financing industries. Mr. Budreski is also a Director of Sandstorm Gold Ltd. and NuLegacy Corporation. John holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Dalhousie / TUNS University and an MBA from the University of Calgary.

Dawson Brisco |

President, P.Geo

Dawson Brisco was appointed President in May 2018.

Mr. Brisco is a Professional Geologist with over 15 years of mining industry experience in a variety of roles, most currently as Morien’s Vice President of Corporate Development. He is also Vice President of Corporate Development of Erdene Resource Development Corp. Prior to joining Morien, Mr. Brisco managed an exploration alliance between Erdene and Xstrata Coal in Mongolia from 2005 to 2010.  Mr. Brisco is an independent Director of the Mining Society of Nova Scotia.

Susanne Willett, CPA CA |

Chief Financial Officer

Susanne Willett was appointed Chief Financial Officer in September 2018.

Most recently, Ms. Willett acted as a financial consultant to several Nova Scotia companies and prior to that worked for the New Brunswick Power group of companies as Business Unit CFO, Director of Financial Planning and Treasury, and Controller, where she directed business planning, regulatory compliance, management and financial reporting.  Ms. Willett holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, a Master of Business Administration from York University in Toronto, Ontario, and is a member of Chartered Professional Accountants of Nova Scotia.

Mike MacDonald |

Vice President Technical and Government Affairs, P.Geo

Michael MacDonald was appointed the VP Technical and Government Affairs in October 2012.

Prior to joining Morien, Mr. MacDonald held the position of Executive Director of the Mineral Resources Branch for the Province of Nova Scotia, Canada. In this capacity, he was in charge of co-ordinating policy and planning to guide the development, management, conservation and protection of Nova Scotia’s mineral resources. Mr. MacDonald obtained a BSc (Hons) in Geology from St. Francis Xavier University in 1977 and an MSc in Geology from Dalhousie University in 1982.

D. Suzan Frazer |

Corporate Secretary

Suzan Frazer has been Corporate Secretary since October 2012. Ms. Frazer is a partner of the Halifax office of the law firm, McInnes Cooper. She has been practicing corporate law for over 25 years and is experienced in representing public and private companies in the junior resource sector. Ms. Frazer’s experience includes public offerings and private placements under securities legislation, stock exchange listings, take-over bids, mergers, acquisitions, plans of arrangement and compliance with the continuous disclosure and other requirements of securities legislation.
